Rentals
What's included in the rental?
All condos include a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to all resort amenities — pools, beach club, and golf course views. Some units also feature a private jacuzzi or rooftop terrace.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A fully refundable security deposit is collected at the Check-in. The amount varies by unit and is returned within 5–7 business days after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, though the stay may be rescheduled subject to availability. Contact us for exceptional circumstances.
Are pets allowed?
Select units are pet-friendly with prior approval and a small additional fee. Please let us know before booking so we can match you with the right unit.

Casa Blanca Golf Villas is a fully gated community with controlled access and round-the-clock security. Puerto Peñasco's Sandy Beach is one of Sonora's most established resort zones, visited by thousands of travelers each year.

Can US citizens purchase property here?
